每天做完作业要睡觉的时候我总是先洗脚刷牙。然后进行半小时的室内锻炼，因为这样会让我的身体强壮些。锻炼完后，我会很轻松地歪在床头上看会儿书，接着便会很快进入梦乡。
Before Sleep
Every night when I finish doing my homework and it＇s time for sleep, I will always brush my teeth and wash my feet first. Then I will do some exercises for about half an hour. I think I can become stronger by doing this. After the exercises, I will lean at ease against the bed and read a little. Then I will fall asleep soon.
